Tyler Dawson graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Finance in 2007, which marked the beginning of his career in the business world. Having an entrepreneurial background, Tyler has successfully founded and sold several businesses. His extensive experience has given him an understanding of the challenges that business owners, CEOs, and HR employees face while running a business and implementing a benefits package to attract and retain the best employees. Tyler distinguishes himself by approaching insurance with a unique perspective—he sees it as part of his broader expertise as a business person. In his free time, Tyler enjoys time on golf, refining his skills on the course, and spending time with his daughter Danielle.
