S.W. (Bill) Cauthorn – Advisory Director
Bill Cauthorn graduated from Texas A&M University in 1960 with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He has worked in the banking industry since 1964. After coming to The Bank and Trust of Del Rio in 1969 as President, Bill established Westex Bancorp Inc. in 1976, the holding company of The Bank and Trust Company, s.s.b. Bill is also a past president of the Texas A&M 12th Man Foundation.

Sid Cauthorn – President & CEO
Sid is President & CEO of Anco Insurance, and Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is a 1986 graduate of Texas A&M University, and has worked in the banking industry since 1987. Sid is also the CEO of the Bank & Trust of Del Rio and President and Chairman of the Board of Westex Bancorp, Inc. In addition, Sid is a member of the Board of Directors of First Financial Bank in Bryan, Texas.

Adrian McDonald, CIC – Senior Vice President
Adrian McDonald has been in the insurance business since 1975. Adrian specializes in insurance risk and transfer concepts for the agricultural business. Managing the multi-location and exposure problems inherent to agri-business has become a specialty for him. A 1968 graduate of Texas A&M University, Adrian holds a B.S. degree in Animal Science.

Drew Cauthorn
Drew is a 1965 graduate of The University of Texas and a 1967 graduate of The University of Texas School of Law. He has practiced general business law in San Antonio, Texas since 1968. He has represented companies in public offerings and in their ongoing securities reporting. He also has considerable experience in bank acquisitions and regulatory matters, and in a variety of corporate and business transactions. Drew was named the Best Lawyers’ 2009 San Antonio Banking Lawyer of the Year.

Guy Cauthorn
Guy is a Vice President with Anco Insurance. He began his insurance career in 1989 in Del Rio, Texas. He graduated from Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State University) in 1986. Guy lives in Austin and manages the Austin Anco office. Guy also serves on Anco’s Board of Directors.

Kathy Gregory, CIC
Kathy Gregory retired as President & CEO of Anco Insurance in 2021. Kathy began her insurance career in 1974 and had been with Anco since 1984, the last 22 of those years as President. Kathy will continue to be involved with Anco as a member of the Board of Directors. She attended Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas.

RH (Steve) Stevens, Jr.
Steve received his Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Texas A&M University in 1962. He is the Managing Partner of Stevens & Matthews LLP, and has over 40 years experience in business, financial and tax matters in various industries, including oil & gas, real estate and agriculture. Steve has served on numerous boards and devoted time to many charitable organizations including the Texas A&M University System, the American Quarter Horse Association and the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.

Ross Gunnels, CBC
Ross is a Senior Vice President with Anco Insurance, he has been in the insurance business since 2004. He is a 2004 honors graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Business Management. During his time at Texas A&M, he was a member of the Corps of Cadets, serving as Corps Adjutant and the Executive Officer of the Ross Volunteer Company. Ross specializes in employee benefits, life, health and disability insurance. He specializes in the areas of consumer driven health care, including health savings accounts and health reimbursement arrangements.

Jack Moore
Jack is a native of the Texas Hill Country, where he was involved in ranching and the lumber industry for many years. He is a 1956 graduate of Texas A&M University. Following that, he served in the U.S. Army for 2 years as a 1st Lieutenant. Jack is currently retired and resides in Kerrville, Texas.
