Sid is a Senior Vice President with ANCO Insurance. Sid grew up in College Station and is a 1973 graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Following graduation, Sid worked in the private sector and eventually returned to Texas A&M where he worked and participated in post-graduate courses. Sid has worked at ANCO since 1977, starting in Life Insurance and Employee Benefits where he earned the Chartered Life Underwriter designation in 1983. Later, Sid concentrated his efforts in the Property/Casualty field specializing in Institutional Scientific & Engineering Research with heavy emphasis on risk identification unique to these exposures. He also specializes in energy (both land and off-shore), agriculture, and manufacturing exposures.
