Ross Gunnels

Ross is the President at ANCO Insurance, where he provides strategic and managerial leadership for the company. During his nearly 20 years in the employee benefits industry, he has worked with a diverse group of employers, including multiple publicly traded companies, national and international, and for-profit and non-profit organizations. His expertise and commitment to his clients have allowed Ross to be recognized as a four-time winner of the “Best Insurance Agent of the Brazos Valley” (2019-2022).

Ross graduated with honors from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University with a degree in Business Management. He was an active member of the Corps of Cadets, serving as Corps Adjutant, the Executive Officer of the Ross Volunteers, and a member of the O.R. Simpson Corps Honor Society. Known for wearing many hats, Ross is notably active with Scotty’s House, A&M United Methodist Church, and Renner Academy, the Brazos Valley’s first and only dyslexia-focused school. You can also find him on the baseball field, where he manages and coaches two select youth baseball teams in the Brazos Valley Bucks Organization.
