Duane is a Senior Vice President with ANCO Insurance. He graduated from Austin College with a Master of Arts in 1976. Duane worked for Continental Insurance in Houston beginning in 1977, and participated in their career training program in Glens Falls, New York. He joined Gertrude Hardy and Associates in 1980, purchasing the Agency in 1982. In 1989, Duane merged with Jim Foss Insurance, creating the Foss, Hardy and Arbuckle agency. Duane joined ANCO in 1997. He specializes in larger commercial risks with tougher than normal casualty, automobile and pollution exposures.
